Managing Multiple Businesses in OMON
OMON allows one administrator account to manage multiple licensed businesses from a single login. This structure simplifies access and eliminates the need to maintain separate usernames for each business.
Administrator Account Access
When logged in using the registered Aniwene Cloud Portal account:
- All active OMON Accounting System services attached to the account are visible.
- Each service corresponds to one business workspace.
- All assigned business workspaces appear in a list after login.
This allows centralized management of multiple businesses under one administrator account.
Business Identification Using TIN
Each business workspace requires a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) during setup.
- The TIN confirms that the business or organization is formally registered.
- The TIN is used as the unique identifier for each business workspace.
- This helps distinguish businesses clearly when multiple workspaces are listed.
When multiple businesses are active, the TIN assists in identifying the correct business before entry.
Opening a Specific Business
- Log in using the administrator account.
- Review the list of available business workspaces.
- Select the desired business by clicking its name.
- The selected workspace opens and displays its accounting dashboard.
Important Behavior After Login
Even when accessing OMON through a specific business link, all businesses assigned to the administrator account will still be visible after login.
- This is normal system behavior.
- The administrator account has access to all licensed businesses attached to it.
- Switching between businesses can be done from the business list.
Expected Result
- All purchased business workspaces are visible under one login.
- Each business is clearly identified using its registered details and TIN.
- Selecting a business opens only that workspace’s accounting data.
Common Issues
- A business is missing: Confirm the service is active under the Aniwene Cloud Portal.
- Incorrect business selected: Verify the TIN and business name before entry.
- Access denied: Confirm that the correct administrator account is being used.
Need Clarification?
- Confirm that the business service is active in the portal.
- Confirm that the correct TIN was provided during setup.
- Log out and log back in to refresh session access.
If the issue persists, log in to the Aniwene Cloud Portal and open a support ticket, including:
- The registered email address
- The business name and TIN
